What Does
|
Why Oboni? In Seattle, we were immersed in abundant scientific information in our everyday lives. We had the chance to explore museums, attend shows, and engage in other immersive experiences that fostered a solid understanding of our planet.
However, a significant number of children worldwide lack access to modern facilities that could help shape their perceptions of the world and geography. They miss out on substantial knowledge about dinosaurs, ice ages, and other crucial elements of the geological time scale. Not all of us are fortunate enough to read, travel, watch, or experience the wonders of good museums. Many countries do not have satellite stations in outer space, with stories of their achievements proudly passed down through generations. Oboni is striving to provide these enriching experiences to those in need, raising awareness on crucial topics like the climate crisis. |

Our journey
Washington
Our model is a low-cost, interactive, and locally focused program. We believe that people absorb more information when it's relevant to their lives and experiences. They are also more likely to take action when they understand the potential benefits or harm averted. Please contact us to discuss hosting partnerships.
